Load chart of accounts from bexio
With a click on the sync button, the module fetches all accounts directly from bexio. Deviating account numbers from your CSV/DATEV import can then be mapped to the matching bexio accounts. The mapping is saved and automatically reused for future imports.
Upload CSV or DATEV file
Conveniently upload your CSV or DATEV file via the upload button. The module automatically detects the format and takes you straight to preview and validation.
Automatic detection of tax codes
VAT codes such as M81, M26 or M0 are automatically matched to the corresponding bexio tax rates. If a code is unknown, you can assign it once - the system remembers your settings.
Field mapping with preview
Map fields from your CSV such as date, amount, debit/credit or text fields to the matching bexio fields. The preview immediately shows you how the data will be applied.
Validation with clear error messages
Invalid data such as missing accounts, incorrect date formats or unknown tax codes are clearly highlighted. Each row shows what needs to be corrected.
Review corrected data again
After correction, your data is validated again. Once there are no more errors, the bookings can be transferred directly to bexio.
Live status of the import
During the transfer, the module shows you the progress in real time: successful bookings, skipped rows or errors that occurred - all transparently displayed in the status modal.
Import completed - everything at a glance
After the import, you see all transferred rows including success or error icons. If needed, an import can be undone with a single click.
